Good interaction with the owner - detailed instructions how to get the keys and enter the apartment were sent on time. Parking was free around the building and rather crowded, but it was still possible to find a free place. Good location: metro station (Knyaginya Maria Luisa - 3 stops from the center of the city) was around 100 m away, while a well stocked supermarket Dar (open daily till 10 PM) was around 300 m away. Clean. Basic amenities (like cooking oil, sugar, coffee) were available in the kitchen except salt. WiFi OK.

In the kitchen there are not enough cooking vessels, utensils and plates. The bed was too soft for my taste. Toilet seat need to be fixed.

Great central location. Near bus and train station. Availability of nearby parking. Convenient to the centre of life, night life, cultural and arts.

General hygiene could be better. Dirty coffee stained cups, not fresh smelling towels. Decor is tired with marks and dust not evident in photos. Beds are two singles pushed together with a foam type ‘topper’. Ill fitting and the bed sags in centre causing uncomfortable lumps and rising ‘hill’ of the foam mattress as one rolls to middle, leading to slope from the bed’s edge. Entrance looks less than inviting with equally worn and tired, and defaced appearance. Personally, I ended up with back ache there. Given the price, I did expect a better for Sofia.
