Secured underground parking, clean space, all amenities you may need.
There is some noise from the tram driving by but you get used to it.

Very comfortable in general and the space was clean. Also, the staff was polite and willing to help. The cleaning lady in particular helped us with the problem we encountered with the garage elevator.
However the studio was extremely humid, which resulted in us opening a window for the whole night because we couldn’t sleep properly. The problem was that the windows didn’t have a net to prevent insects from entering the room. Also, as I mentioned earlier we had a problem with the garage elevator which stopped working unexpectedly. When we tried to contact the owner they didn’t answer the phone. Because of this, our leaving was delayed and affected our plans badly. We are thankful for the cleaning lady that helped us and called a technician to fix it.

Totul este intuitiv, cheia lăsată într o cutie cu cifru, afară, parcarea la subsol și facilitățile, spațiul, atenția la detalii, patul foarte odihnitor, mulțumim cu recunoștință.
Sugestii pentru îmbunătățire ar fi:
Plasă de țânțari la ușa de la terasă,
Poziționare mai înaltă a tv-ului,
Acces gratuit la netflix din partea gazdei.
Precizarea unde se lasă cheile la plecare.
O baltă de apă se scurge pe sub cadă inafara,
Dar, repet, astea sunt mofturi, locația are un vibe pozitiv, o poziție centrală, liniștită, răcoroasă, de revenit cu plăcere la cei 76euro/noapte.
