Not what we expected at all.
The staff (Shelly) was honestly the only good thing about the stay, she was very welcoming
The host should do a better job. Not only did she ignore calls from numbers she knew she inconvenienced us by giving our room to other people and didn’t seem remorseful at all. We got moved to a different brunch but that was just as disappointing as the cleanliness was beyond poor
