The fact that there wasn’t a tv in the room. The one tap in the bathroom kept leaking so I had to put a bin underneath it in order for the floor to stay dry.

Horrible experience
Nothing
The property was filthy. Could only check in after 2 hours even though the timeslot was reserved prior. They send you numbers and you do all the phoning around to arrange for somebody to let you in. NO HOT WATER! They did not give our guest a remote so trying to exit the property also took some time and phoning around. Booked for 4 nights could only stay for 1 - had to seek alternate accommodation. The owner needs to agree to a refund, that is the least they cand do.
