This is a calm, pretty and established neighbourhood by the sea only 15 minutes drive from Cape Town central. My City busses leaves regularly from bus stops only 5 minutes walk from the premises. Milnerton hosts a beautiful light house by the seaside, several restaurants and an 18 hole very popular golf-course. only a few minute from the premises is a shopping centre, postoffice and banks
my city busses traffic the roads in various directions and it will take about 20 minutes to CapeTown city or 15 minutes to Tableview/ Blouberg on the opposite direction.
Driving is easy going into to town and will take about 15 minutes. Parking in the road outside premises. There are plenty of fuel stations in the area should you need to fill up.
Sunbird room is located only 15 min from Cape Town city center. There are busses nearby and an Uber will come very quickly when called.
There are several food stores, restaurants and a smaller shopping center within a few minutes walking distance. 5 Minutes walk to the beach.
