This place is a real gem , a paradise to relax , with luscious gardens , birds , a little pond a beautiful pool area . It is a true sanctuary for those who wants serenity , to recharge their human batteries and peace of mind .

Wonderful Stay in an oasis

Thankyou Buddha (Albert)...we loved the Buddha Garden stayed for 11 days .Wonderful Zen ...large rooms with separate bathrooms and kitchenettes. Great to cook outside in an oasis xen .Exceptional value for money and attended to every need. We also had our motorcycle (or car) safe and secure on the premise...simply we loved it

Any minor needs were all attended too... Albert is an attentive host

This is a little haven .. Albert was sooo nice genuine loving guy .. from an early check inn to check out .there is everything you need and more ! .. the welcome pack is amazing !! We had the making of breakfast .. lunch .. picnic and snacks more than generous !! …

Excellent base for exploring Cape Town and the Cape.

Easy navigation from the airport, avoids city traffic. Our host was welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and we couldn't have found a more helpful guide, both for planning our trips and for understanding what we saw afterwards. The accommodation is an oasis of calm, being a peaceful courtyard surrounded by tropical planting.

The garden has such a chill and cozy vibe! The owner is incredibly kind and thoughtful—he welcomed me with lots of food and fresh fruit. The accommodation has everything I need and truly made me feel at home. Love everything!

It only has a fixed showerhead. I wish there were a handheld shower or shower spray for more convenience.

Wonderful experience at Buddha Garden. Loved the extras to make our stay more comfortable: fresh fruit, snacks, instant and French press coffee, teas, and even breakfast items. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Thank you Albert.

Very comfortable clean and serene setting. Convenient Location in secure residential area close to the ocean and social amenities. Albert the host is a darling and very attentive . Our stay was a pleasure . I will defo be back!

Great host, great location and great value

This is the second time of staying here and picked to stay here because of the location as well as the abundance of complimentary food, snacks and condiments available in the room on arrival. Alberts' willingness to move cars around so that the guests are not disturbed or inconvenienced is really great.

Buddha Garden is an excellent stay in Cape Town, friendly and cosy.

We liked the familiar atmosphere with Albert. He was very helpful. Would be a very nice location to stay for a longer period. There is a beautiful garden and a pool area surrounded by trees and flowers.

Brilliant host with fully stocked room in lovely sourroundings

I booked to stay here because of the location, close to lagoon beach and Wang Tai & Bossa restaurants with spectacular views from both. Albert was amazing the extra goodies in the room and fridge were an absolute bonus. Room was perfect for my needs and the lovely and private garden areas were great. Albert goes out of his way to assists where he can and make your stay as memorable as possible

the place you want to be

You can stop searching. this is the place you want and trust me- I travel A LOT. I do not usually start with people but Mr Albert, host, is the one you know after a 15 sec you would like to have a beer with. The most helpful person with great knowledge of his country I have ever met. Albert prepared welcome pack with water, snacks, sweeties, sherry, maps, bus tickets, etc etc, he even took us for a ride to show neighberhood. given us his own garage. prodly owner of Lada Niva. washing your clothes- no problem, buying „blackout” bulbs with powerbank- no problem. He is so helpful, good companion and so genty person. Albert, it was a privilage to meet you. you stole my heart rescuing the little lost doggy while giving us a ride. the room- everything you want- good comfortable bed, hot water in shower, kitchen annex, comfortable place with grill just outside the room, birds, beautiful garden, safe place, parking lot. microwave, fridge, iron, eggs cocker, A LOT of kitchen stuff I cant even name. my citi buses just a 30 sec walking, Albert prepared for US even plastic tickets for buses!! swimming pool, late check in, late check out, everything! Book it, you will thank you later

Great place to stay, friendly and comfortable

Frimdly owners, great facilities, we were welcomed and felt like we wera at home the whole time. Secure parking was a great plus. Owners are very knowledgeable about the surroundings and will more than likely be able to direct you to wherever you would like to go.
