I did like anything we stay because we have no where to go this is not the guest house we never see the own staff are lie to us said they not have our we show them everything but still did give us ryt answer why they advetise something they don't have the place look like sex place the did tell us that we where only women in this house the rest are man's changing ladies 1 bathroom to share with stranger the owner these not answer our call everything is broken kitchen cupboard ,toilet licking

Everything book .com must take out this house in this group this must black listed and everything that experience the same thing like us must report and this house must close for stay cos they are scamming us with wrong information when we booking everything the room was not the one we booking on booking Com

My cape town stay was ruined by this hotel

Almost everything. 1st of all, the location was incorrect. I need to search in the scorching sun for about an hour along with my family just to find the house as none of the calls to the given mobile no. is getting picked up. Initially the caretaker was not giving me room and said that they couldn't find my booking in their records (although I made the full payment) and later tried to give me an incorrect room however after resistance they gave me a little bit better room. 2ndly the photos given in the app were misleading. Neither it has the amenities given in the picture, nor it was that much clean. The bathroom was shared and it's flush was broken and I need to open the flush tank and pull the lever dipping my hand on the stored flush tank water. Also there were no room service in any of the days out of the 5 days I stayed. I'm attaching the actual room photos below. I request such a legitimate platform (booking.com) to verify their properties regularly as such a bad experience deteriorates their reputation. This hotel simply ruined my Cape Town vacation.

I had bad experience with the place.

The owner was unresponsive. After booking and paying via booking.com I reached out to the owner for confirmation, they never replied or picked my calls. Getting to the guesthouse for check-in, the property manager didn't understand English, she hadn't been informed about my booking as well. She tried to call the owner who also never picked up. I had to initiate a refund and seek alternative place. The place didn't seem secure as well. For own peace don't book this place
