Good day I see there are no portions for submitting a no welcome in your portions for review.
We were told not to come because the place was fully booked and no one had informed the guard at the property that there is a booking.com booking and so they accepted walk ins and told us on the phone that we can’t come. This happened when we called in to confirm booking and request late check in. Question is how do I get my refund back now?

We arrived at the place we paid for because it was supposed to be 2.3 km from the city, but there was no space. We don’t
I paid for the accommodation shown in the pictures, but when we arrived the place was not what it appeared to be in terms of hygiene and overall conditions. We had to wait a long time to be attended to, more than 1 hour. I kept telling the gentleman that we were tired because we had just completed a 17-hour journey, but even so, nothing was done.
I didn’t like literally anything. The place was full of cockroaches, there were no towels or soap, it was a complete disgrace.
