Large comfortable rooms.
Very nice rooms, large and clean. Balcony towards the pool, that was small but suited our needs. The hotel was clean and was everything we expected and needed.
Cleaning staff and night staff was very polite. But sadly reception day staff lady was more occupied with electronic devices than to smile and say Hello to guests walking by. We had a car, since Transportation is needed due to location but we were aware of that. Note that parking in ao nang beach is very difficult at night.

Disapointing
We checked into one room, and I then called reception as the bedding was full of marks, either they didnt see them when making the bed or they were not clean sheets. They were changed immediately. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, luckily there was a coffee shop up the road that had good coffee and breakfasts. This hotel is well situated in that it is not in the busy touristy part of Krabi. Also make sure you get your invoice as I asked on arrival and departure and I was told to get the invoice from Booking.com

Good accomondation
Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice pool area. You can reach Ao nang beach easily by bolt or local bus. Good local restaurants near the Hotel.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL-HORRIBLE STAY AND EXPERIENCE
The shower and wc continually were getting blocked.I had to use my hand to unblock the wc numerous times.I told the reception straight away, and they just took the drain cover off the shower which did not solve the problem.I was showering every day in 2 inches of water mixed with their cleaning products on the tiles.Nothing was done to resolve the wc.I ended up just waiting until i went to restaurants for breakfast and dinner to use their WCs.
The lady representative on the right as you walk into the Reception was so rude.I asked how much it would be to go to the Phi Phi Islands.She quoted me a price substantially higher than any of the tour operators on the street.I said is that your best price as i have already went to several street tour operators and they have all quoted substantially lower. She said "you tell me how much you got it for".I said "is that your best price as i have got it substantially cheaper. She again repeated "No you tell me how much you got it for first".This went on for another 5 times, where i had to end the conversation by saying, "thank you, but i have got it cheaper so will go to the street operator.The lady was annoyed with me not taking her tour and then started shouting at the reception chap from her desk in thai language, which i assume was not nice words about me.
I then went to the receptionist chap and asked how much to rent a motorcycle for the day.Again i was quoted a substantially higher price than any of the street bike rentals,but i thought i would pay the higher price bearing in mind the convenience of pick up and drop off.The receptionist sent me over to another chap who could not speak a word of English, therefore i could not get answers to important questions such as how do you lock the bike as he was fumbling around for 5 mins pressing both buttons on the tag, hence it was not working properly.I also asked what petrol it takes,but again i was unable to understand him.
The customer care was dreadful and facilities horrible with blocked drains unable to go to the wc or showering every day in 2 inches of water. Staff were extremely rude

It is a new hotel, so everything was clean and bed was comfortable. You can rent a scooter, I think it’s necessary-> 10-15 min to Ao nang beach.
The drain was flowing little bit slowly.

Me encantó las habitaciones muy amplias y todo en buen funcionamiento, el personal atento, la zona está rodeada de lugares con personas que te brindan una muy buena atención, súper recomendada
Quizás una desventaja que a mí me gustó, y que no está tan cercano a la vida nocturna lo que lo hace un lugar tranquilo en las noches, de igual manera tiene restaurante locales muy ricos y la gente muy amable

Très belle chambre, grande et standing, bien équipée et très propre, avec beau salon.
Literie très confortable, et très belle salle de bain.
Situation près de la 4 voies.
Et un peu excentré du centre de Aonang.
Scooter indispensable pour aller à la plage, ou taxi.

Déçue de l'emplacement et état general
L'originalité de la piscine
Forte odeur dans la salle de bain, 2 ceintres pour soit disant une chambre de luxe, absence de serviettes pour la piscine, personnel peu aimable mis à part le vigile, pas de petit dej sur place, route très passante et hotel excentré il est fastidieux de se rendre à la plage à pied car grosse voie routière 2 fois 2 voies à longer, absence de passages piétons

Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen fürs Zimmer und die ruhige Lage.
Das Zimmer war riesig, sehr hell, mit Balkon und ein grosses bequemes Bett. Ruhige Lage, man ist zu Fuss in ca. 20‘ im Zentrum.
Das Reception Personal konnte fast kein Englisch und hätte präsenter/hilfsbereiter sein können

El hotel es nuevo y las instalaciones están muy bien. Además nos subieron de categoría de habitación y nos dieron una en la cuarta planta con vistas a la piscina.

Muy cómodo, limpio y grande
Dormimos tan bien que ampliamos una noche más, si estuviese mejor ubicado sería perfecto, aunque también estarás más tranquilo al estar apartado del centro. Tiene un 7/11 a 3 min andando
Hay que coger taxi para la playa el centro… y los grabs la mayoría de veces te cancelan y no vienen porque no les interesa al estar relativamente cerca en coche (7-8 min) pero la distancia andando es de 35-40 min

Schoon maar een enorm stinkende A/C
Locatie was prima.
Scooter rental dichtbij.
Schone kamer en badkamer.
A/C stonk enorm. 2x van kamer moeten ruilen en het was nog niet op orde.
Meerdere gasten klaagde hierover.
Als dit geregeld is, dan is het een prima plek om te verblijven.
Verder was de man aan de front desk uiterst geïrriteerd toen we de klacht neerlegde over de enorme stankoverlast.

Fantastisch
Het personeel is echt super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Ook zijn de kamers erg ruim en de bedden zijn heerlijk. We hadden in eerste instantie 3 nachten, maar waren zo enthousiast dat we er nog 2 hadden geboekt. Absolute aanrader!!

De kamer was ruim en schoon.
Er stond eerst in de advertentie dat het 8 minuten lopen is naar het strand. Er was een NIET juist adres opgegeven. Expres of niet, dat weet ik niet. In werkelijkheid was het ruim 3 kilometer lopen naar zee. Terug heuvel op. Ik had de mogelijkheid om gratis te annuleren. Deze heb ik ingediend. Ik kreeg GEEN reactie van de management. Ik heb 5 berichten gestuurd zonder een reactie. Heel slecht dit. Een aardige man van de receptie zei elke keer dat hij mijn berichten had gezien en dus de management ook. Sorry zei hij. Daarnaast werkte de WiFi en daarmee de tv helemaal niet. Het zou een aantal dagen durer voordat het weer werkt. Kortom, ik voel me goed belazerd door dit hotel. Eerst foute informatie verstrekken en vervolgens niets en dan niets mee doen. Mensen, blijf hier weg is mijn advies.
