Perfect location, clean rooms and outstanding staff.

Great location for shops, bars and beach. The staff went above and beyond when I left my hair straighteners at the hotel and didn’t realise until I was at the port leaving for Koh Phi Phi Don. The staff packaged my hair straighteners and put them on a boat the next morning for me to collect. I am so grateful for their kindness.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent close to beach and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a balcony with a nice view.

A Wonderful Stay Near the Beach in Ao Nang

Spacious and comfortable room in a great location, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, it's not a hotel I would recommend.

What I liked most was the reception and housekeeping staff. They were friendly, attentive, and very hardworking, and their effort stood out throughout the stay.

What I disliked was the overall condition of the hotel and the lack of proper maintenance. The property is listed as four stars on Booking, but it is actually a three-star hotel, which is also visible on Google, and the facilities clearly reflect that level. Strong food smells from nearby restaurants constantly entered the room, and loud music from surrounding venues was clearly heard inside. Poor sound and air insulation made it very difficult to rest, especially with nightclub noise lasting until around 3 a.m. The bathroom felt outdated, with a plastic shower curtain around the bathtub that did not meet hotel standards. The view was disappointing, facing rooftops and visible maintenance work, and despite the building having only three floors, there is no elevator, requiring guests to use the stairs. In addition, repeated messages from Booking over a delay of less than one hour created unnecessary pressure and negatively affected the overall experience.

Over priced for what you get

Location was good for Ao Nang but the area is easily reached by most hotel locations as not a massive area Pool area nice but pool cold due to lack of direct sun I suspect on the pool

No lift and we were on top floor and the top of the each stairway level are made dangerous by having a low profile drainage channel. Something that you could easily trip over. We had a basic room that didn’t have a view only the wall of a adjacent building It was one of the more expensive options across our stay in Thailand and it was the one that most disappointed for value for money.

Room was big and super comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and ready to help. The breakfast buffet was decent. You could get omelet made at your request. Location of the hotel was fantastic, just 5 minutes waking to the beach

I don’t feel the hotel was reflective of the pictures presented. Firstly, the location wasn’t quite as expected. It is situated directly on the main strip, which is one of the noisiest parts of the island due to the number of nearby bars and restaurants. We were placed in a room that appeared to be in a separate building opposite the main hotel. Unfortunately, it was extremely loud, as it faced the main strip where a van continuously drove past advertising nightclubs and boxing events. If you are a light sleeper, this would not be suitable. I also don’t feel that certain aspects of the hotel, particularly the front interior, matched the photos online. The hotel itself sits behind the main breakfast area, and on arrival it was actually quite difficult to locate. Overall, it was a pleasant enough stay, but I don’t believe it meets the standard to be rated above "good".

The location of this resort is awesome, situated 2 minutes walk to Ao Nang beach. The street is so busy, yet you can hardly hear it from once in the resort. We took previous reviewer's advice and booked the Pool view rooms, as the street facing rooms can be quite noisy. The view of the beautiful mountain overlooking the resort was amazing. Rooms were great.

Breakfast was basic but good. Shower is the over-the-bathtub sort, and water would spray over the edge of the tub and pool between bath edge and wall and then would overflow onto floor, strange design.

Not worth it

Too many restrictions, there is no elevator, for upgrade of pool view room they said 800bhat per night and as soon as we agreed they increased it to 1000bhat per night. Don't use power sockets there, our iphone charging socket got damaged.

We had no hot water in one of the rooms, each time we wanted a shower we had to go to reception get an engineer who went into the ceiling of the bathroom. One of the bedrooms had to be completely re cleaned bedding smelt awful. Reception staff were miserable (very unlike most of Thailand who can’t do enough for you) Told we could have 2 bottles of water daily for free they put two types in your room which isn’t clear. It’s not won an award since 2020 and I’m not suprised. Breakfast was average. Noisy if you are on the road side at night.

Good location by the beach. The pool was great!

Our pool villa was a bit outdated and could use some renovation, didn't smell very fresh. We were told right away what the hotel would charge us if we lost or broke any item in the room (towels, glass, cutlery etc.) maybe they have had some problems but we have never seen that before. Made us feel like we should be on our toes. Also I did not come all the way to Krabi to steal a towel or a teaspoon.

Incredible Pool

The pool is absolutely incredible even by Las Vegas standards. You could easily spend the day at the pool and it would be a memorable one.

Our flight was late in the day so we wanted to stay a few hours extra and were willing to pay a half day rate. Initially they refused and were very rigid, but finally upon talking to management they relented.

The pool access rooms are great, but if you have a choice go for the rooms at the far end, ie, rooms 6 - 10, which are more quiet and private.

We had a power failure one night (room 10) and had to move, and despite requesting another room toward the rear of the property, which appeared vacant, we were moved to the room adjacent the bar and kids pool. Sorry, but that’s enough to make us stay elsewhere next time…. The breakfast was very basic, and few maintenance issues such as a loose toilet seat and a shower that didn’t drain properly.

Nice, clean room and great value for money considering it is a 1 minute walk from the beach and the main strip. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location! Right off the main strip and close to the beach

The staff unfortunately were the let down- I requested (to pay) for a room upgrade as I saw villas that were available, staff said to come back tomorrow and see ? Also pool bar was not staffed and felt very awkward having to keep coming up to reception to request the bar tender come back!
