    La ubicación nos encantó: muy cerca de la playa y de la zona de restaurantes (a 5–10 minutos a pie), pero en un entorno tranquilo. La habitación es amplia, con balcón, y muy cómoda. La piscina está muy bien, rodeada de jardines muy bien cuidados. También ofrecen servicio de alquiler de motos. El personal es muy amable.

    The concept of the accommodation is truly lovely: a small resort with a pool, a quiet atmosphere, and breakfast served directly on your own terrace—that was definitely a highlight. The staff is generally friendly and eager to help. However, there are significant issues regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Food scraps were left by the pool for over a week without being removed. In the bathroom, hardly any water came out of the showerhead; we actually had to ask for it to be replaced. The toilet seat is very old, with deep scratches and visible mold stains. The towels are also heavily worn and, in some cases, even patched up. Housekeeping does not happen automatically—you have to ask every single time if the room will be cleaned at all. Even then, things like replacing towels or clearing away dirty dishes are often forgotten. While the room provides a large fridge, cutlery, and plates, these are not cleaned by the staff. At one point, dirty cutlery was moved out of its place but not actually taken away—it just sat there for several days. Conclusion: The idea and the concept are wonderful, but the execution—especially regarding cleanliness and upkeep—is unfortunately very problematic. With better housekeeping and regular maintenance, this could be a truly great place to stay.

    The people working there were so helpful, the place was amazing very good locations , super clean and renovated apartment . We were super satisfied, would definitely come back!!!

    We stayed 2 + 3 nights (changed room). While the rooms are OK, and for the most part clean (but only cleaning of common surfaces, so you will find dust and dirt elsewhere), the beds are pretty horrible. So hard that you can feel the springs through the very thin top mattress, making it impossible to have a good night's sleep. Many things seem to be broken or approaching broken. Shower drain problems, a chair broke, and the motorbike we rented had a broken mirror (dangerous). They need to be more proactive with maintenance here. The staff is lovely and I think they mostly do what they can, at least reactively. The location is a few minutes walk from Klong Nin, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The quality of those are mostly so-so, though.
