Very very basic, ok for 1-2 nights, loud club right next door which plays very bassy music till 3am

The location was right in town, which was handy for shops and food

Being right next door to a very loud club, had to ask for the bedding to be changed 5 days after being there even though we put the sign up every day for fresh bedding and towels, the bedrooms have no storage and are very small,

Location

The reception staff . The girl was so rude. This was a first with us . We have been to Krabi four times. First time, we stayed in this hotel. It’s just not worth it except the location. If you want to experience what we experienced, ask her about the pool towels( they don’t provide pool towels). They would shout at you in Thai and expect you to know all their rules. No hospitality, no smile when you check in and she won’t even talk to you if you ask something . She would talk to the guy in Thai and then give you a look. It was not just us, there were four other couples and families checked in with us and we all had the same experience . Krabi people are so nice and good hosts but this experience ruined our mood.

Pleasant stay

Staff were helpful, hotel is in good location for bars/ restaurants and not far from beach. The pool was nice. The hotel is average but does the job.

Was handed dirty towels when we checked in, however the staff changed them for us for new ones. There is a price list for any small damage so just be careful- for example if u mark the towel or the bed etc. There is a banging noise that goes off constant not sure where it was coming from but somewhere in the building, on top of that there is music from nearby bars however didn’t really bother us.

Lush location the daytime but up till 3am

The location (excluding the next door entertainment area) is perfect for your stay in Ao Nang as long as your up for a party till 3am. The shops and restaurants nearby are all good as well so you wont have to go far for anything you need and they have plenty of mobility access The staff have been lovely and even recognised us as returning people from 2 years ago! You can't pay for treatment like that! Amazing views too

We have stayed in this hotel in the past for a decent amount of time and had problems with the unrelated entertainment area next door, sadly this area has been renovated to be bigger and better, the only problem is this comes with pounding bass music until about 3am, some of you may be thinking im being over the top as its Thailand and there are bound to be parties but you can physically feel the shake from bass as long you understand this and are happy with it its an amazing stay I will note the water pressure in this hotel sadly has got to be the worst I've seen in Thailand as you practically have to hold the shower head straight down to even get a very very mild flow

Don’t stay there

Pros: Nice pool. If u can’t stay on the beach rd it’s good for nearby cafes. That’s where the good stuff finishes I’m afraid. Cons: Grossly overpriced online for what it is. Go direct for half the price!! Stupidly the rooms don’t have a wardrobe or even drawers so you can’t unpack!! Unless u are staying at the back opposite the pool the noise from the beer bars in the adjacent Soi will keep you awake till 3am! Earplugs are req! Terrible breakfast. Lastly the reception staff (wearing headscarf’s) are very possibly the most miserable, unwelcoming individuals I have ever met. Land of smiles they aren’t! I wouldn’t stay there again purely because of that.

Party Town

Great if your under 40years & a party animal. The noise from next door, a Zoom-Bar disco & Kiss Bar was horrendous, supposed to close at 1am often went on longer, The weed smell on the air was very bad. A different location for this hotel would have been fabulous even the owners complained about the noise & even rang the police when it went on beyond 1am.

Nightmare!

Nice location very close to the market and beach.

Very shady business dealings. They sent me an email soon after my booking asking me to cancel, even though the full payment had been made. I was made to wait the entire day and given a room only when I literally created a scene in the lobby.

The rudeness of the staff, especially the manager. I paid for a sea view room however was given a room facing on to the air conditioning units of the next hotel, no sea view at all. When I raised the issue I was told " If you want to see the sea then go stand on the roof" The bedding was dirty and the safe was free standing and not bolted to the wall. The room was noisy and the music blasting from the bars. I paid for four nights and left after the first night. Avoid this hotel.

Swimming pool was nice.

Pillows huge and uncomfortable and they didn't have spares. Nightclub next door super loud until 3am every night. Got no sleep! You can literally feel the base vibrating in your bed.

Overall room quality and service at hotel

The room was in the new building that was built during covid... everything new.. For a 3 night stay, it is alright. No cupboard to store ur clothes though.. you can only hang ur clothes.. Stayed at the 2nd floor... higher floor may probably cost more and perhaps can see the sea.... we just needed the room to sleep... Deposit- Need to pay 500bhat deposit on check in. Hotel offered taxi and van shuttle services. But their timing did not match ours. A Muslim lady.. think she is the big manager at the hotel... was persuading us to take her taxi services @ 600 bhat to airport, when we declined, she did not bother to entertain us further. NO smile too... haha... Shuttle service-Many tour agents around offer shuttle services, around aonang.. just check if the timing matches ur departure. I suggest to check out shuttle services on the day u arrive at Aonang and settle .. Do not wait till the last day... The operations guy with a Mustache.. I would to comment on him and the room cleaning ladies.. they were all super friendly.. make us feel welcome... It the hotel's loss if they lose such good guys. Swimming pool-there is a small one but ..new and Nice.... I did not take any photos.. but the room was super new and white

Got TV but other than channel news Asia all other channels offered programmes in Thai. Small balcony which we used to dry our clothes.. no view to sit outside and chill.

Improve the staff urgently.

The builing is new.

The staff, since first contact, are completly no professional and almost rude. The ask for deposit by money in cash, dont speak english correctly, dont give any information about the services of hotel including wifi. Terrible. Near are a lot of other options for the same price,.

Dirty room and rude staff

After the sheets were allegedly cleaned, I did have a comfortable sleep. Hotel is very central in Ao Nang. Lots of restaurants and the beach nearby.

We first arrived in the afternoon and were let into the room. Upon entering I noticed hairs and dirt on the floor showing that the room had not been swept or vacuumed. We went down and told reception and they agreed to go and clean it, so we went out for an hour so they could do so. We returned and saw the floors were now clean, we opened up the bed to rest and now saw there were loads of hairs in the sheets indicating that the sheets had not been changed. When we went down to reception they were rude to us and did not apologise. At first they were saying they could only change the sheets the following day as their cleaning staff had now left. Absolutely unacceptable. We refused and said we were not sleeping in dirty sheets. Then the man on reception sent up another member of staff to inspect the sheets. Clearly they did not want to believe us which is shocking treatment of paying guests. Why would we want to cause issues or lie, we just wanted to rest somewhere clean. The staff member saw the sheets and agreed they were dirty. We all went back down to reception and they agreed to change the sheets for us, but they did not apologise. So once again my partner and I had to go out for an hour. We returned and the sheets seemed clean. But after these issues we didn't feel comfortable at the place as we wondered what else might be dirty, and the staff had made us feel unwelcome. Every time we were in reception, the staff seemed to be arguing with other guests also, so it seemed others were having issues with the place. The safe in our room was also locked and when we asked reception they said that the person who can unlock the safe was gone for the day. The reception area smelt unpleasant like sewage. Loud music can be heard until late at night. Not a complaint as that is the situation if you are at a hotel so central, but worth noting . We booked 2 nights but left after 1 night as we did not want to waste our holiday staying somewhere we felt uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, nice pool, location was brilliant right beside everything really all of the restaurants, bars, beach, monkey viewpoint and 711.

a lot of confusion around cleaning of our rooms, we stayed here 3 nights and every day we left our room between 8-8:30am to go and explore and we would come back at 5pm or so and our room still wasn’t clean, when we asked it was made into a big deal nearly… even tho we left the sign on the door to please make up our room. not a big deal but just a bit annoying!
