Decent hotel but not the most comfortable.

Good location to the beach and shops. Breakfast was good.

The bed was hard as a rock and when we checked in the bathroom in our room had a decent amount of hair on the floor.

It wasn’t noted that the hotel was right across bars/clubs. There would be music playing loudly until 2am every day, which you would hear from the room at night.

Very good

The hotel was very good and worth the money. It was clean, with comfortable beds. The view towards the beach was beautiful. The staff was okay. They also have an elevator and a fairly generous breakfast.

However, what we didn’t like was that on the first evening there was no hot water at all. That said, the issue was resolved after we informed them. The internet connection also didn’t work very well.

Terrible customer service. Reconsider and find a different hotel

Previously we have stayed for weeks at this hotel as we loved our room and the location. At the time most of the staff were lovely. This time we were put in a tiny Deluxe Room which was a tiny noisy room in the back of the hotel with banging all night long and no internet when I asked why we couldn’t be changed to the Superior Room (cheaper, larger room, where we normally stay) they told us we didn’t book for that room. Kept insisting it would be quieter. The room was so small we could barely open the bathroom door to get in to use either facilities. Staff were so rude. What was once a lovely experience at this hotel has been ruined. Meanwhile we have been learning Thai whilst living here and could hear the staff speaking negatively about us the whole time. Disgustingly rude.

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their friendliness and helpfulness really made my trip special. And the cafe downstairs? Amazing! I loved that breakfast was included, and the option to choose from a menu the night before was a great touch. The food was delicious and such a treat to wake up to. Plus, having access to that huge hotel pool just down the road was the cherry on top. I can't recommend this place enough!

Experience a more quiet side of town but in the heart of Krabi

The location is amazing, walking distance to the beach and other attractions, ample restaurants and convenience stores very nearby. Lovely cafe at the lobby to just chill, with very good restaurants opposite, on the same street. Balcony rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable, and the staff are exceedingly polite and helpful. The travel agent for boat tours and island hopping just opposite the hotel at the corner is super friendly and helpful too.

Nothing. I've stayed here 5 times already, it's my go-to hotel in Krabi, top notch and priced very reasonably for this level of accommodation.

Nice stay at the busy Ao-Nang

Location was nice and the ability to use the swimming pool in the bigger resort nearby. Also the breakfast is the same price in the resort so recommend going there if you did not have it included in your room price.

The location is central yes, but the rooms are also very close to the main street and the music from bars, venues and street are quite loud during night time

Great location at the centre of Krabi!

Fantastic location and great value for money, everything is within walking distance, nice open restaurant offers good breakfast, rooms are well appointed.

Bathroom/toilet was too small, tiny like a closet. Hot water from shower was inconsistent.

Great location, perfect service, value for money.

Excellent location! Close to everything. Big and clean rooms. Great team. All with a smile, always at your service. Although the hotel does not have a pool, two minutes away you can jump into the pool at the Peace Laguna Resort & Spa for free and get a towel in the lobby. Recommended!! Outside the hotel there is like a travel agency that will take care of all the trips and transportation you will need! Full value for your money!

We loved all of it! The hotel is 3 min walk from Ao nang beach, the staff are friendly and helpful, the family room was big and comfortable and the breakfast was great! Highly recommended!!

In the middle of the buzz and near the beach, definitely recommend

Very friendly staff, perfect location not far away from the beach with all the wonderful restaurants and bars around, you have a gym and a pool right around the corner which you can use for free. I was working from home so WLAN was stable throughout my whole stay. Really commend it!

It might can get a little bit loud at night because the hotel is really at the hot spot. Also the breakfast in the morning didn't have that many options - although the ladies serving it are more than friendly! :)

Bad

Location very good, close to bars, restaurant, shops and beach. Staff nice and helpful.

Hotel needs renovation. Pictures in booking.com does not show reality. Our room smelled of mold. Black mold in corners. We complained about this, and was offered another room, but it was the same terrible mold smell there. Would not recommend for people with bad lungs. Balcony very small, not possible to have one chair on it. Swimming pool in a hotel next door, hard to get a sun bed there. Would not stay there again.

Good location and room size, a bit old and smelling ‘old’

Good location, close to all amenities and not far away from Ao Nang beach. The triple room was good size and free bottled watered was provided on a daily basis. Towels for beach are also provided.

A bit old, worn hotel. Breakfast was always the same for 6 days. Swimming pool is available at the next hotel, however, just a few sun beds and always full.

If you stay in a room away from the street it’s an amazing hotel!

Location close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Clean room and facilities, Wi-Fi is great, staff is super sweet and accommodating! Free water everyday so that’s nice.

I first got a room facing the street which had VERY loud music coming from the bars until early morning, I asked for a quieter room and they did accommodate me to a bigger room but beware if full hotel, they will not be able to move you as only a few rooms face the cliff.
