Hi all, I like to share my moment at Krabi Golden beach resort, I book bike from agent but the agent is located in the lobby, so means the agen rent the place in the resort lobby, it's more safe for guess to rent the bike, let's go to the problem, I book for 2 days the big bike, the time I want take the bike agen lady say, the tyre no air so u use the small bike first, so I say OK, than by nite she change the bike for me ready, I ride the bike with my wife to hilltop restaurants. The bike can't go up the hill n got white smoke coming out from front of bike, so I call the agen, she angry with n asking why I go the Hilltop restaurant with angry voice n never come n change the bike for me, she ask me to wait there untill the smoke stop n come n return back the bike by myself, OK now the resort time, I'm looking for the resort manager by asking the staff all the staff a covering me not to see the manager by telling me. Manager not in, mgr meeting mgr off day finally I didn't see any one person olso for me to complain about this matter, very upset with golden beach resort no one is there went we have problem agen who is tenants off the resorts, Hope madam paatemah take action on them, this will make the resorts name bad, thank you from Malaysia

We were very excited to stay here but were quite disappointed. The rooms are dated and the bathrooms felt old and dirty. In my opinion, this resort relies heavily on its location which is the best thing about the hotel. Would also not recommend for families as they do not have family rooms or connecting rooms. We were travelling with our 2 kids and despite booking almost a year in advance, they could not give us 2 rooms next to each other. When we spoke to reception about this upon checking in, we were met with quite an attitude and no attempt was made to resolve the issue.
