It’s ok for a short stay

Location is fine - 6minute walking from the main beach. Breakfast is ok (not great not terrible). Like most places in Thailand, fruit variety is low. Room is fine for what you pay.

Reception staff during check in were not nice (they just seemed mad at life). The checkout ones however were the classic smiling Thai people. Pool is almost always in the shade, and the pool location is within 2 buildings making a wind tunnel - even when it’s warm it’s so windy it becomes uncomfortable to use. No beach towels provided.

Some of the facilities like the drain and bathroom tiles definitely need some work.

- Location. Close to restaurants, shopping centres, and other. - Staff. They were friendly and accommodating. - Spa. A little treat that I would highly recommend! My massage therapist was wonderful☺️.. I left feeling so relaxed and stress free. - Breakfast. Their breakfast range was delicious! With an amazing view to enjoy.

- Toilet flush was not working when we got in our room. But they sent someone to fix it, which was good. - Bathroom tiles. Especially when taking a shower, the floor was very slippery and can be a potential hazard. - The drain in the shower. For the room we checked into, the drain would get blocked from water overflowing, mind you, the drain was not blocked with anything but water. And not even 3-4 minutes of taking a shower, you would have to turn the shower off, to avoid flooding the bathroom/room.

It's worth the investment.

Located near the city center, it had everything we needed: restaurants, shops, and a small town center. This was very important to us. The hotel also accommodated our requests, which was a plus.

Not a good experience!

Location

We had many problems when we checked in from the Aircons not cooling enough to room safe broken to TV suddenly coming on in the middle of the night, Staff are not trained to be hospitable or welcoming & frankly, seemed biased too. They were absolutely not flexible when we asked for an a late check out of just one room, they offered it at a price yet would not give it to us complimentary even though we had booked 4 rooms at the hotel. There is no Aircon in the lobby and a lot of construction in front of the hotel. Not happy!

Nice hotel but not as relaxing as it was in the past.

Breakfast was good, staff lovely and location fantastic. I've stayed here before and really loved it.

I didn't like that the balcony was shared with five other rooms. This was not the case on my last visit, and I would have changed the room type I had booked if I had known. There were also repairs or maintenance occurring in what sounded like an adjoining room. At 11pm. On both nights I stayed. It sounded like a hammer drill and was very loud.

DISAPPOINTED WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN

I come this hotel several times is good location and good place for kids and family

I come many time this hote before was good service l but this time was last ,from the begging we come with my family the staff check in our family was rude I was asking her for help to be room next to each other because I have small kids she say no she was truwing payper on table and stationary was very unprofessional she was not speaking English well her name was Gow or Bow I guess short girl with short hair cut , In the end when I told her I will complain her to management she upgraded me to better room that what I book and she was telling me happy ? Happy ? I ask her again why she speack this way ....no reply she left reception and one of her coleggue take over . I told him I didn't ask for upgrade I ask room near each other or conection what I mention on my booking but she didn't meet my expectations. After long flight she just ruined my mood . Hotel was very crowded night other rooms was making big noice shouting in the corridor I called reception 2 am 3 am I ask please inform the guest that there is other guest in the hotel sleeping . No respond. Room ac was having problem switch was not working properly. In the end I take my kids and I move other hotel because I was not comfortable at all this time ... pillow was so hard and not comfortable same other time I stay .

The bedroom was perfect, with a pleasant view of the pool and the sea. The beds were very comfortable, and everything looked brand new. It’s in a great location, with plenty of restaurants nearby and everything you might need. They also provide beach chairs and serve lovely drinks at the bar and great breakfast . I’ll definitely come back and stay longer!

My experience was quite disappointing.

Only the location

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Although the room was clean and the location convenient, several issues stood out. I was asked to pay a 200 THB deposit for a second room key—something that was not mentioned in the hotel’s policy. When I raised the issue, I received no clear explanation, and the response felt evasive. Additionally, I requested a short check-out extension, but it was denied without any flexibility. I was asked to leave exactly at 12:00 PM, and the staff’s tone was unwelcoming and rigid. The breakfast was also very poor, with almost no variety. The options were limited to mainly Thai dishes, which may not suit international guests. Due to the lack of transparency, unfriendly service, and substandard breakfast, I do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Great hotel with very nice location and friendly staff provide good service

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We need to check out at 5:30am as our flight is early in the morning, they prepare a breakfast box for us, so that we can have some food before we leave Krabi. We really appreciate that!

The towels have some stains on it and we feel uncomfortable using it , but this issue does not affect the overall experience of staying in the hotel.

Good option to explore Krabi

Located in a main street. Close to restaurants, a 7-Eleven just next to, money exchange, etc The beach is just 10 minutes by walk. The room was confortable. If you are thinking to take some excursions and not expend too much time, the hotel service is a good option.

Location was great. Right in centre. Staff on front desk and in restaurant lovely

The bed was very hard. Shower blind in bathroom was mouldy and split. Shower was cold, reported it and it was slightly warmer but not great. Lady cooking eggs for breakfast needs a hot plate to keep her eggs warm she has cooked. She was serving up cold fried eggs. Safe was not bolted to wall, maintenance came straight away and fixed it secure. Maid goes through bins. No english speaking tv

There wasn't hot water - checked both in the eve and morning. The mattress was also not the most comfortable, with one side being heavily dented and thus steeply slanting.

Nice location brought down by smell.

Room was nice and the resort upgraded us for free. Location is great.

Finishing on the room was terrible, you could see paint in all the wrong places. Most importantly, the shower and therefore the bathroom and entrance to the room often smelled like sewage. Some of the staff was ok but the majority were clueless. Don’t go for breakfast, it’s pretty bad (replace with 7 Eleven next door).

Lovely one night stay

Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially the lady who deals with tourism and transfers, she was so helpful with booking my transfer to Koh Tao. The room was very comfortable, lovely bed and spacious. Excellent location in Ao Nang, less than 10 minutes to the beach.

I found the shower very strange, it wasn't a full length shower. There was also no shower curtain so whatever way I showered, the bathroom flooded which was frustrating.
