Went during low season- and occupancy wasn’t high- therefore appreciated the cosy property.
Location was perfect; and it was clean with good showers. For the price point offered during low season- it was a steal.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a sufficient spread - and food was delicious!
The pool wasn’t big- but in low season- just perfect. Think it might get quite crowded in the high season.
1. Tap in room 2402 was a bit wonky, splashing water around the sink when in use.
2. Only 1 tiny lift - which was also used by housekeeping staff - which made it a bit slow certain hours of the day.
3. The bathroom floors tiles can get extremely slippery - especially in the shower stall area when soapy and wet. It is quite a hazard, especially with kids and older folks.

The ladies on reception were super friendly and welcoming:) And efficient too. So big well done to them :) The room was very clean and comfortable. Also very nice pool. The location of the hotel was really convenient for everything. And it has a good underground car park.
Not much to dislike actually....only the gym treadmill and other cardio vascular exercise machines didn't work.

- Location. Close to restaurants, shopping centres, and other.
- Staff. They were friendly and accommodating.
- Spa. A little treat that I would highly recommend! My massage therapist was wonderful☺️.. I left feeling so relaxed and stress free.
- Breakfast. Their breakfast range was delicious! With an amazing view to enjoy.
- Toilet flush was not working when we got in our room. But they sent someone to fix it, which was good.
- Bathroom tiles. Especially when taking a shower, the floor was very slippery and can be a potential hazard.
- The drain in the shower. For the room we checked into, the drain would get blocked from water overflowing, mind you, the drain was not blocked with anything but water. And not even 3-4 minutes of taking a shower, you would have to turn the shower off, to avoid flooding the bathroom/room.
