Had a wonderful weekend stay at Phi Phi beach resort. What a location just 50 meters from beach. Best holidays for my family

The facility is a bit old and dated, but the view from our Deluxe Sea View Villa was spectacular. We would definitely come back just for the breathtaking view!

Excellent. It has its own coral reef

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. Despite paying a substantial amount for 2 rooms for 4 adults and a 5-year-old child, the service and treatment we received were absolutely pathetic. The arrival and departure boat transfers to the hotel were supposed to be complimentary, yet we were charged for the boat when checking out. When we asked for a boat to Tonsai Pier, the staff told us that if we could not pay for each person, we should hike up the steep uphill road for more than 3 km while dragging all our trolley bags. This was extremely unreasonable, especially after staying at the hotel for 2 days. They also demanded *** for our 5-year-old child. When we refused to pay, they allowed only the 4 adults to have breakfast for both days and refused to let our child enter the breakfast area. They even threatened to charge us double if we allowed our child inside. Such behaviour towards a small child is completely unacceptable. On top of that, they refused to provide extra drinking water or allow us to refill our water bottles. It felt like they wanted to charge money for absolutely everything, regardless of how much we had already paid. The food was also extremely disappointing, with an awful smell that made it difficult to eat. We have travelled to many places, but we have never experienced such poor hospitality, especially treatment like this towards a 5-year-old child. The staff's attitude made our stay stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to families travelling with children. Paying a high price does not guarantee good service, but basic hospitality, transparency and kindness should be the minimum expectation. A truly pathetic experience. We will never choose this place again.
