GuestHost - La Culumbota

The apartment is great for a family or group of friends who need 2-3 rooms and wish to be based in Crocetta, a lovely part of Torino. It was very clean, secure and comfortable. The apartment was airy, with great natural light and airconditioning (there was heating too but we didn't need that given the 35 Celsius temperatures! :-) The kitchen was well-equiped and ideal for us, with clear instructions for accessing and using the various facilities and check-in and check-out.

The stay was excellent. We had some hiccups in using the host's online registration portal (guesthost.house/...) as the system didn't accommodate differing arrival/leaving dates for our group. We ended up paying for a couple of extra nights of the Torino Tourist Tax (€3.80 per person per night) as the portal would only allow payment for the total number of guests and for the total duration of our stay. Given the comfort of our stay, this was a small inconvenience. Given the value for money (plus Torino was very welcoming and friendly), we didn't mind the extra tax. The host staff interacting via the portal messaging system were friendly and prompt, though clearer and earlier communication on the portal restrictions would have been helpful.

The bathroom and en-suite lights stay on for only about a minute as they are on sensors .Need to stay on longer, you have to wave your arms about to get the lights on again

L'appartamento è attrezzato di tutto, funzionale, pulito e ordinato. Dalla struttura si possono raggiungere i mezzi pubblici agevolmente verso ogni direzione. Il condominio è elegante e silenzioso e vicino si trovano alcuni bar dove è possibile fare colazione.
