Clean, good area close to the city, had all essential facilities we needed, quiet, cosy, great communication from owner.
My female friend would of liked a curtain in the bathroom.

Straightforward layout, well taken care of and an easy location for getting into York. We used the hospital unexpectedly but for the majority of our stay and to say this property’s proximity to the hospital was a godsend would be a massive understatement. Street parking was quite easy and the local shops were a useful addition. The beds were very comfortable and the atmosphere held a real sense of tranquility. Easy access and good communication from the host.
No scrubbers to wash up with (we had to buy our own); the fridge wasn’t clean and there was a razor cap left under a table in the main bedroom. It seemed the cleaners had worked in a bit of a hurry.
