Kakra’s Place with free secure parking

Very easy to access the property. We arrived early and were able to get into the gated car park (agreed with the owner ahead of time). We then moved our bags in at the right time. The beds were super comfortable. It was lovely having cereal left for us (never seen that in a self catering place before). Tea, coffee and milk sachets were available. There was an issue with the blind in the main bedroom and, before I even had a chance to report it, the owner's partner came by to fix it. Easy walk into the main York attractions and the building backs onto a good size Co-op supermarket so easy to pick up essentials. Beds were very comfortable and there were fans in each room (very welcome in the heatwave we've been experiencing!) I'd definitely recommend to friends and we know where to stay on our next visit to York!

The items provided for breakfast was very good though we would have preferred fresh milk ! The location was perfect

In bedroom one it would have been better to have had a king size bed for a more comfortable night's sleep and the shower wasn't very powerful
