The place is huge, has several options for bed: western and Japanese beds. The host provides us with many amenities that we can use. They also provide English instructions on how to operate devices in the house. The place is pretty close to a subway station (Shitennojimae-Yuhigaoka of the Tanimachi line), a few stops away from Osaka Castle and 1 transfer to Dotonbori.
The entrance is pretty high at 3rd floor from outside. We knew it already so it's not really a matter but something to consider when booking this place.
2nd thing is there is free wifi, but it requires us to provide email adress. It could've been easier with a simple password.
Closest konbini is 400m away.
Despite all of these, we really enjoyed our stay.

The property is in need of repairs and is dated. That’s not normally a problem but the prices charged are disproportionate to the quality. Few options for food outside of what is available onsite as it’s quite a distance from the local township, which is charming and I would have liked the added freedom to have stayed closer. Maybe next time.
