獨棟空間，對於大團體出遊來說是好選擇，
有自己的停車空間，
位置很不錯，距離各大景點都很方便
冷氣坪數不足，夏天進去基本上吹一整晚都不夠涼
整體的整潔度不足，餐具上留有嚴重的使用痕跡
網路WIFI不穩定，頻繁斷線
大門的鎖不好開跟鎖上，影響了行程的時間
樓梯蠻陡的，不適合大件行李上下樓

位置在黑門市場附近, 附近有小型的業務超市, 若煮食的話, 買食材都比較方便, 自己一獨棟, 有兩個廁所, 整體感覺舒適
雖說有停車位置, 但係太窄了, 需要比較好的技巧才能泊到架車入去... 7人車就泊唔到了, 如果泊唔到, 就要聽去對面嘅收費停車場, 住宿期間觀察, 附近的收費停車場都有位置嘅, 唔算太full, 另外就係, 獨棟裡面有樓梯, 如果住2樓, 或者要將行李搬上去就比較辛苦, 因為樓梯好斜, 老人家行嘅話比較唔方便

Location was great. Beds were comfortable.
Host was responsive and tried to deal with any questions very promptly.
Upper floor aircon wasn't enough to cool the place down. The building seems to capture a lot of the heat and the A/C wasn't strong enough. Washing machine wasn't working - no water came through. Host said they will get back on this issue but never did. The fridge door didn't seem to be airtight, so there was condensation in the fridge.
Wifi was not very stable.

Great location and spacious enough Appartment.
Most of the furniture and appliances are quite old and banged up. Most of them need to be replaced.
