    3 showers and only one toilet for who knows how many girls... had to wait like an hour and a half to shower. sheets and bathrooms were not clean.

    It’s a good place, the bed was good and the bathroom was clean, there’s always a staff people around and very kind! Really recommend if you want a place for sleep near a station and near of dotonbori

    Take this with a grain of salt as I understand they do not owe me a refund. I was unable to stay at this property due to the typhoon. I tried to contact the property as soon as I knew which was 5 days away from my stay. They denied the request. I tried again with more details of my situation but they only accepted to refund me for my stay after the check in time of the day so I was unable to request a refund through the app. I have no details on how the hotel looks or its staff is.
