Clean and spacious, comfortable beds, blankets and pillows. Very good air conditioning and wifi. 10 min walk from Namba station, many groceries nearby. The host us very responsive and replies almost immediately.
Kitchen lacks some basic things (eg small pot, knives, mixing bowl, drinking glasses) which makes food preparation tricky. Bathroom lacks racks and shelves to put things on (towels, clothes). No noise insulation, some noisy truck came at ~2am every night (to collect garbage?) + occasional passersby singing loudly. When someone is taking a shower it feels like you are close to the waterfall. This may bring some discomfort especially for people with jetlag.
