Absolute rat hole and booking.com should remove it from its website and refund my money immediately

Impossible to park. No indication of where the property was. Building site. Steep dangerous entrance. Bed bugs and blood on the mattress. Overwhelming air freshener so could not breathe. Dangerous electrics. Family wearing dirty clothes and having body odour. Soaking wet towels replaced by rancid towels. Dirty sheets. Forced to sign that room was clean before being given wi fi code. There was a storm and the sliding door to the balcony did not close. Wi fi kept cutting out when trying to phone for help. No other accommodation in area and too late to call an uber, so no choice but to wait until morning.

Other than having a roof over our head, a bed to sleep in and a view of the ocean, not much else.

Wow...where do I even begin. Let me start off with saying that I left earlier than I had originally booked for despite not being able to receive a refund, because I legitimately couldn't stand being staying there any longer. When we arrived I thought we had arrived at the wrong place, because it looks like a construction site, and yet all I was told is that my kids are not allowed to go near the "pool" because it's still in progress. What pool they were referring to I have no idea. The entire place is a mess. I asked the girls that were there - supposedly the daughters of the owner, who were all only teenagers - if they were still busy building and the answer was a responding "no". I could honestly go on, so I'll end with this, it's possibly the worst place I've ever stayed in my existence of travel. I've stayed in places in India that were better, and that says a lot. I would legitimately not recommend this place to a single soul.

To start off with the room it was extremely smaller than the pictures advertised the amount paid is really not anything worth that place The bathroom had a towel in there that was stained and smelling really really bad I wanges to cancel but unfortunately we couldn't as we checked in very late The wifi does not work at all No safe parking Unsafe staircase getting up to the main door IT states 2 adults in the booking yet they leave one dirty hand towel to use Again the amount paid for one night's stay is robbing people blindly ridiculous My partner and I are very very dissappointed we should have trusted the reviews on booking. Com I didn't like that we were not alone in the house or space we were in a room in a house and the noise from morning to night all infront of your room door is abit disturbing There are so many other things but honestly please do not ever book there for that amount you could be enjoying it somewhere else The basin is leaking and it leaves the bathroom mat soaking wet it's an dangerous hazard I slipped twice when sitting down on the toilet my entire face is on the basin I did not even bother to wash I just wanted to get to my house

Diamond in the rough.

The view from the room was something to behold. Truly a spectacular view of Simon's Town, especially at night. There space is extremely private. There are shops, restaurants, a beach and even a shooting range within walking distance. The property has alot of potential and is in a pristine location. This is the type of place to go if you are humble enough to appreciate something for that it is.

The wind. But that's Cape Town in general. It's always windy everywhere. I didn't mind, but it is worth mentioning that the property is still in development. There are unfinished renovations and a few other rough edges that still need sanding. Don't expect a hotel experience if you're not paying hotel prices though. The place is adequate, yet affordable. Yes, it could be better, but then you'd pay more. So, in my experience, I got my money's worth.

A disappointment as I just lost my money

Nothing as we did not stay .

We didn’t like the fact that the address added on the this app is not the correct address so only once you make the booking you get a follow up message with a different address . So I was already disappointed with the fact that the location was incorrect .We decided we going to check it out as we have already made the booking , on arrival prince meets us and everything looks as if it’s still all been put together ,the tv wasn’t installed and all the apps Netflix etc ,He goes through a check list but the things listed isn’t the issued ,,the shower head was taped together there was no shower curtain . We ended up cancelling the whole thing as it was not what the location took us to so the expectation was just not it at all
