We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ubud. The staff was caring and attentive, always available 24/7 and making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.
The room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, surrounded by the beautiful rice fields of Ubud, peaceful and quiet, yet only 5 minutes by scooter from the center and Ubud Palace. A perfect place to enjoy both tranquility and easy access to Ubud!

Beautiful place in the middle of rice fields. Nice food options around and lovely staff, walking distance to town.

The staff was kind and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their support with our booking modification and luggage assistance, and their kindness toward us.
However, our overall experience was more mixed. Access to the property was quite difficult, which became challenging especially when feeling tired or unwell. The mattress was very firm for our personal preference, and the breakfast did not meet our expectations.
The place itself has charm and the team genuinely tries to help guests, but for us the comfort and overall experience did not fully match what we were hoping for.
