The High Fens and Eifelsteig trail are in the immediate vicinity. Monschau and the Eifel National Park are just a few minutes away by car. Approximately 90m² of living space is available on two floors for 2-4 people. The apartment offers a cozy living area and a comfortably equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, and much more. There are three bedrooms, one bathroom with shower/WC, and a large living room on the upper floor. The fireplace provides additional warmth and comfort on cooler days.
