This 44 m² modern two-room apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Baltic Sea beach and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay—including a loggia with a view of the idyllic Godewindpark.

A special highlight is the covered loggia facing northeast. Here, you can enjoy the morning sun with a fresh cup of coffee and let your gaze wander over the lush greenery of the park. The salty sea air and the soothing chirping of birds turn these moments into little moments of vacation bliss—perfect for taking a deep breath and unwinding.

The bright apartment features modern, high-quality furnishings. Large floor-to-ceiling windows with sun-protective glazing provide plenty of natural light and a pleasant indoor climate. The underfloor heating creates a cozy, comfortable atmosphere year-round.

In the open kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and even an egg cooker—ideal for self-caterers who don’t want to sacrifice comfort while on vacation.
