Of particular note is the spacious, covered loggia facing east, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the idyllic Godewindpark. First thing in the morning, you can sit here with a cup of coffee and soak up the sun and the refreshing maritime climate—a perfect start to your day.

The apartment impresses with its bright, welcoming atmosphere and high-quality amenities. Underfloor heating, sun-protective glazing, and windows that are partially floor-to-ceiling, along with free Wi-Fi, ensure your comfort in every season.

The open, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Here you’ll find a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combo, a coffee maker, an egg cooker, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a dinner together—cooking here is a pleasure.
