This 49-square-meter, barrier-free 2-room apartment offers stylish comfort for up to 4 people + a dog. The highlight is the covered east-facing loggia with a view of the picturesque Godewindpark—an ideal spot to enjoy the first rays of sunshine and the gentle ocean climate right at breakfast.

The light-filled apartment is located on the second floor of the east wing. You’re just about 300 meters from the fine-sand beach, the beach promenade, the 60-meter-long promenade pier, the beach terrace, and the pirate playground. Enjoy the fascinating view of the “big ships” passing by and Lübeck Bay—a true paradise for sailing enthusiasts.

The apartment impresses with its elegant design and high-quality materials. Underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with sun-protective glazing, and free Wi-Fi ensure a high level of comfort. The living area features a double sleeper sofa (1.40 × 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV, as well as the separate bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV, create a cozy atmosphere.

The stylish bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer, towel warmer, and floor heating. The spacious, covered loggia, accessible from the living room and bedroom, invites you to relax outdoors and is furnished with high-quality patio furniture.

The spa area is available to you free of charge during opening hours. If you don’t have a bathrobe with you, you can rent one—as well as sauna towels—for a fee. Two elevators provide barrier-free access to all apartments. Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable basement room, and a public charging station for electric cars is available in front of the building for a fee.

Dogs are also welcome in select accommodations—ideal for a vacation with your four-legged friend. The adjacent Godewindpark offers perfect conditions for relaxing walks with your dog and leads directly to the beach.
