This 44 m² 2-room apartment, lovingly furnished, offers you the ideal retreat for a getaway as a couple, with friends, or as a family of up to four people.

The covered, northeast-facing loggia is particularly charming: Start your day with fresh sea air and gentle sunshine while enjoying a cozy breakfast outdoors—the view of the idyllic park lends a special sense of tranquility to every morning. The loggia is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom and is furnished with high-quality patio furniture—ideal for relaxing reading sessions or balmy summer evenings.

Inside, a bright, modern, non-smoking apartment with thoughtful amenities awaits you: Enjoy the cozy underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, and an open, fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, a ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more—perfect for getting creative in the kitchen even while on vacation.

The living-dining area offers a cozy double sleeper sofa and a large SMART TV, providing a pleasant place to relax. In the separate bedroom, a high-quality box-spring bed ensures restful nights, accompanied by another flat-screen TV.

The stylishly designed bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and—like the entire apartment—comfortable floor heating. A clothes drying rack is also provided. You’re welcome to bring a dog.

During opening hours, the spa area is available to you free of charge. If you don’t have a bathrobe with you, you can rent one—as well as sauna towels—for a fee. For fitness enthusiasts, the building also features the 1,000 m² Bodybalance Club (external provider), which offers premium-level yoga and fitness training. Two elevators provide barrier-free access to all apartments. Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable basement room, and a public charging station for electric cars is available in front of the building for a fee.

Dogs are also welcome in select accommodations—ideal for vacations with your four-legged friend. The adjacent Godewindpark offers the perfect setting for relaxing walks with your dog and leads directly to the beach.
