The open-concept kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and offers everything you need for self-catering: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a home-cooked dinner after a day at the beach.

The cozy living area invites you to linger with its comfortable double sleeper sofa. A SMART TV provides entertainment. In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a spacious box-spring bed and another SMART TV—ideal for relaxing evenings or a quiet nap after a long walk by the sea. The ceiling lights in the living room, bedroom, and entryway can be conveniently dimmed to create atmospheric lighting.

Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable basement room, and a public charging station for electric cars is available in front of the building for a fee.
