Inside, you’ll find a bright, modern, non-smoking apartment that excels in thoughtful comfort: Underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with sun-protective glazing, and free Wi-Fi ensure a pleasant living experience in every season.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: A dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven are at your disposal—ideal for cozy meals in the apartment.

Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable basement room, and a public charging station for electric cars is available in front of the building for a fee.
