A highlight is the covered loggia facing west, which guarantees sunny afternoons and balmy evenings with a view of the greenery. Here you can enjoy the healthy seaside climate in complete tranquility—with a glass of wine, a good book, or simply savoring the moment.

During the season, the apartment also includes a complimentary beach chair on the beach, making your Baltic Sea vacation even more comfortable.

The bright, barrier-free apartment impresses with its well-thought-out amenities, ranging from underfloor heating to sun-protective glazing on windows—some of which extend floor-to-ceiling—and free Wi-Fi. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, an espresso machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker, an immersion blender, a microwave, an oven, and a glass-ceramic cooktop—ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking for themselves even while on vacation.

The cozy living-dining area invites you to relax. Here you’ll find a comfortable double sofa bed, a SMART TV, and a desk for working from home—perfect for a few hours of remote work, if desired. In the storage room, you’ll find a monitor, printer, and scanner specifically for this purpose.
