With 52 m² of living space, this modern 2-room apartment accommodates up to 4 people—ideal for couples, small families, or friends who value quality and comfort. The apartment is also designed to be barrier-free: From the underground parking garage, you can access both the entire apartment and the loggia completely step-free—without a single step. This allows you to enjoy the utmost in comfort and freedom of movement.
A special highlight is the covered loggia facing west, which offers sunshine and fresh Baltic Sea air all day long. Enjoy breakfast outdoors here, relax with a good book, or wind down the day with a glass of wine in the evening sun. The loggia is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom and is furnished with comfortable patio furniture—perfect for relaxing under the open sky.
With its underfloor heating, sun-protective glazed windows (some of which extend to the floor), and harmonious furnishings, the apartment offers a cozy living experience in every season. Free Wi-Fi and a clothes drying rack are also available for your use.
