The 44 m² non-smoking apartment impresses with its modern, clean design and high-quality amenities, which make you feel right at home from the very first moment. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows with sun-protective glazing flood the living space with light and offer a magnificent view of Godewindpark with its beautiful old trees. The loggia is a real highlight—it not only offers secluded privacy but also the perfect spot for relaxing outdoors. And best of all: During the season, your own XL beach chair is available free of charge on the beach—your very own spot by the sea.

The open-concept living-dining area invites you to linger. Here you can relax on a cozy double sleeper sofa, watch your favorite shows on the SMART TV, or enjoy meals together at the dining table. The open kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped: a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and even an egg cooker are at your disposal—whether for a quick breakfast or a home-cooked dinner.

In the separate bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed awaits you, promising restful nights, as well as a second SMART TV. To create an even cozier atmosphere, the stylish ceiling lights in the living and sleeping areas as well as in the entryway can be dimmed—perfect for quiet evenings with soft lighting.

The modern bathroom rounds out the amenities: Here you’ll enjoy a spacious, walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, an elegant sink with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror, a toilet, a towel radiator, and, of course, cozy underfloor heating.

On the rooftop, you’ll also find a spacious sun deck with comfortable furniture—ideal for relaxing or sunbathing during the season. For fitness enthusiasts, the building also features the 1,000 m² Bodybalance Club (external provider), which offers premium-level yoga and fitness training. The resort also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of comfort: The accessible vacation complex also features a reception area with a lobby and lounge, an underground parking garage with a free parking space (max. height 2 m), and shared laundry facilities on every floor (for a fee). Two elevators provide barrier-free access to all apartments. Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable basement room, and a public charging station for electric cars is available in front of the building for a fee.

Dogs are also welcome in select accommodations—ideal for vacations with your four-legged friend. The adjacent Godewindpark offers perfect conditions for relaxing walks with your dog and leads directly to the beach.
