Experience stylish comfort just 300 meters from the Baltic Sea beach in this 53-square-meter, two-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people. The light-filled apartment on the first floor features a cozy bedroom with a box-spring bed, an open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a dining area, and a SMART TV.

Enjoy relaxing moments on the covered west-facing loggia with patio furniture, which is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. Underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower provide additional comfort. Non-smoking apartment; pets not allowed; a crib and high chair are available upon request.

During opening hours, the spa area is available to you free of charge. If you don’t have a bathrobe with you, you can rent one—as well as sauna towels—for a fee. On the rooftop, you’ll also find a spacious sun deck with comfortable furnishings—ideal for relaxing or sunbathing during the season. For fitness enthusiasts, the building also features the 1,000 m² Bodybalance Club (external provider), which offers premium-level yoga and fitness training. The complex also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of comfort: The accessible vacation complex features a reception area with a lobby and lounge, an underground parking garage with a free parking space (max. height 2 m), and shared laundry rooms on every floor (for a fee). Two elevators provide barrier-free access to all apartments. Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable basement room, and a public charging station for electric cars is available in front of the building for a fee.

Dogs are also welcome in select accommodations—ideal for a vacation with your four-legged friend. The adjacent Godewindpark offers the perfect setting for relaxing walks with your dog and leads directly to the beach.
