Most beautiful view

The view of the living room is quite nice. Location is good.

First, the house number is very difficult to spot when arriving at the property for the first time, which made check-in unnecessarily stressful. Second, we were a group of four adults staying for five days and four nights, yet only three rolls of toilet paper were provided in total. There were no kitchen paper towels or tissues available either. When I asked about this, I was told that as it is an Airbnb property, they could not provide more supplies. This was quite surprising, especially considering the booking was made through Booking.com. Additionally, the property was quite cold in April. There are three bedrooms, but only two heaters and one air conditioner. One of the bedrooms is located downstairs, similar to a basement. While it does have a lake view, the other two standard bedrooms do not. Upon check-out, I received a reminder to turn off the heat pump, but there were no instructions provided at check-in on how to operate it. I tried multiple ways to turn on the air conditioner but only realized how it worked at the very end of our stay. Finally, we brought two dogs, and while we understood and accepted the additional cleaning fee, the payment process was inconvenient. We were required to pay via bank transfer in advance; otherwise, check-in details would not be provided. I offered to pay in cash upon arrival, but this was declined as they said they would need to arrange for someone to collect it. As a result, I had to ask a friend to help complete the transfer before arrival. Furthermore, upon check-in, there was a note stating that neighbors are aware of the property and would report any rule violations, which felt somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, while the view from the living room is lovely, the host’s management and communication could be significantly improved. In its current state, the property does not feel professionally managed or particularly guest-oriented, and there is considerable room for improvement.
