View was stunning and proximity to town fantastic. Loved the space, beds were comfortable and Coonara and under door heating kept us so warm and toasty.
The dishwasher didn’t wash very well and the Dyson vacuum didn’t seem to charge.

The view is worth the stay. I understand the price to reflect the condition of the house
Tired deck area. There is mold and the hand rails are shot. Nothing really works anymore. Closet doors, Microwave, no plunger because the coffee machine doesn't work. There is no upstairs toilet so you need to do stairs all the time. Overall, I saw the effort with the toilets but about $25K would fix the place up to warrant more $$
