Our 2nights stay was pleasant, but families with multiple suitcases may find access a bit challenging. We also noticed some noise from the floor above around 11 pm. Had very limited power sockets for charging device.

This place is one most the affordable places to stay within walking distance to the town center. However the room is quite small for three people with large bags. The lodge also provides a simple breakfast.

Great value for money! Free parking and breakfast are included. Each room has its own private bathroom, which made the stay even more comfortable. There's also a small shared kitchen where guests can cook their own meals, which is a nice bonus. The location is convenient, with the city center just a short walk away. The walk back to the lodge is a bit steep, but we didn't mind—it was good exercise haha. Highly recommended!

I have traveled most part of the world along with my young children and remote places as well. This was my last stop to newzeland after finishing north islands.But my son 1st expression as soon as we entered the room was i don't want to stay here it was soo worst and small. Nothing as in pics. Toilet dont even ask. Its the worst. Linens were not changed. TV which was mounted to wall fell on my son's bunker bed due to lose holes in the ply which they had fitted. Only advantage is location. When I asked them they said they are renovating shortly.
