Terrific location about 10-15min flat walk to centre of town. With a great view onto the park. Very tidy unit with lovely fluffy towels. Kitchen set-up was good but was crowded while eating.
Not enough hot water for 4 adults..we had to spread showers out. Not enough seating to watch TV for us all (×4) & the TV located in an alcove was around a corner.

We really liked the location and how easy it was to book an earlier check in time. This made our stay in Queenstown seemless. Thank you!
The code booking.com gave me wasn't the code for the lock box. When I rang the host she was very helpful and it was sorted immediately, which we appreciated.

Good location, walking distance from town. Apartment was just right for our group, good side beds and rooms
Communication with the host was extremely poor - check in time was changed but was never advised to what time. Was given the wrong lock box code, so could not use the lock box - luckily we got there as the cleaner was still cleaning and she just gave us the key. Found dirty tissues under one bed and dirty dishes in another bedroom. The shower would flood unless you took the metal drain piece out completely - we were never told about this
