Queenstown Birdsong Retreat

Our host, Ron, was a great communicator and the property was very well presented and spotlessly clean. It is located in a very quiet suburban street and it was easy to get to the CBD, the airport and the local shopping centre. The 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms meant everyone had a degree of privacy. Each bedroom had its own split system and electric blankets were provided which was greatly appreciated over the cold nights. The heated floors and towel racks in the bathrooms were a wonderful surprise. The main living area had its own heater which warmed the area nicely. The washing machine, dryer and laundry powder were put to use with a household of women! The bathroom towels provided were thick and fluffy. The property has enough amenities to make any guest happy.

The pillows on all the beds were very uncomfortable and tended to totally flatten during the night. All 4 of us had issues with the pillows.

Amazing views, quiet location, very clean, quality linen, well appointed kitchen, great heating, comfortable beds.
