Amazing views from the property. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of space and big rooms. Good location between Frankton and Queenstown centre.
Extremely cold when first arrived. Took about 2 hours to heat up with all heaters on and fire going. Drive is very steep so difficult to access even with an SUV (seems to be a known problem). Not overly child friendly (batteries exposed on remotes, no safety around fireplace)

Very spacious and clean. It had everything a family would need. Lots of heaters to warm up the bedrooms & living area. Easy to get there from airport. Beautiful views.
Master bed was uncomfortable for us.
The house was extremely cold when we arrived early evening, but to be expected for Queenstown nearing winter!

Wonderful location to enjoy sunset and sunrise on the Lake Wakatipu. Close to the township and grocery shopping (Woolworth). Well maintained and facilitated, let alone an economic option for families and groups of friends. Host is responsive and helpful.
Small second toilet and bathroom. Need a vehicle to access the property.

The driveway. Not suitable for parking your car.
The oven was difficult to work, clear instructions would be helpful.
