Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice community kitchen, heating and comfortable beds.
Kitchenette could have also had bowls. I had booked the Rata lodge for its kitchenette and had gotten ready to heat meals which I could unfortunately not heat on a plate or in a mug. Just having a small sink in the bathroom did not help with the cooking and I ended up renting cookware and make meals at the community kitchen.

Too small for 6 people and there were only 4 of us. No room for suitcases and very tiny bathroom. Also saw a mouse in our room.
