Central Lakeview Apartment with amazing rooftop 镇上湖景三室套房

A beautifully situated apartment with a lovely terrace overlooking the lake - you could sit all day and watch that view! Very comfortable beds, lovely linen and towels etc.

Bathrooms very small. Despite being 3 bedrooms, this apartment is not made for 6: there is virtually no storage in any room so we needed the spare room for that, and the twin room only has a window on to the lounge. You would struggle to seat six to eat. Can’t leave bed 2 window open at night because of the shared stairwell with the other apartment to the roof. Quite tired…dirty used washing up sponge, iron base plate scorched so couldn’t be used, shelving used to be a cupboard and hinges still there etc, fans in bathrooms filthy. Any area slightly out of sight was also filthy (behind bedside tables etc) Absolutely mystified by the upside-down tumble dryer – but it did work! Somewhat unhappy with the passive/aggressive notes all over the place: don't do this, look after that etc etc. AND A VERY STEEP APPROACH: this really should be mentioned in the information in case people have walking difficulties. Only way to walk to the apartment from town is uphill, quite severe in places and then a very steep drive and sixteen steps up to the property. ALSO building work going on behind which starts at 0730.

Breakfast is not available. The location is very convenient.

The location and views were amazing. Having a code on the door was great as we didn’t have to manage keys etc. the apartment was well equipped and comfortable, with cooking and laundry facilities. It was close to pick up points for tours etc.

The exterior and rooftop balcony were not well maintained.

The location was very convenient, 3 blocks from Queenstown Gardens and the main downtown area. The room was well decorated, furnished and very comfortable. All facilities were appreciated: kitchen, laundry facilities, deck and rooftop area. The bedding was comfortable. The host/owner really put a lot of effort and love in creating a welcoming, comfortable stay.

The front door landing area has a permanent carpet/mat at the top of the stairs that soaks up a lot of water. We were super careful with our kids not to stamp wet feet onto the light coloured interior carpets. Parking is available in front of the apartment but is tight and depends on where neighbours park their vehicle. You can park on the street if you have luck on your side.
