I was happy with the property.

Wonderful location, a short stroll to the gondola

Immediately upon booking, receiving a message telling us there would be a 4% surcharge for card payments (but no charge for bank transfers - expensive to arrange from UK). The apartment is on 2nd floor with no lift available. It just needs a little bit of work to lift it eg fix the kitchen cupboard doors so they close properly & screw in the handle on the small drawer next to the sofa, move the vacuum cleaner from the (narrow) hallway

Location was brilliant, very convenient and views were stunning

This property is quite close to the main city centre, just walking distance. The unit was equipped with all basic amenities, however,

1. The unit is very perfume due to incense sticks used. If you are sensitive to smell it will make you sneeze the moment you enter, no aircon or fan provided. 2. There is no ventilation in the bedroom nor in the bathroom,There is a tiny window with a blind(bedroom). If you open the window and roll down the blind, it makes noise due to wind. If you roll up the blind, the outside light disrupts sleep(can’t turn off). If you close the window the there is no ventilation at all and you sweat. 3. Towels and linens are not clean and stink. 4. No milk is provided. 5. The price shown in the booking.com is not surcharge included so you will receive a message after you booked if you want to avoid it then need to do the bank transfer.
