Het huis is splinternieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. Drie slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, voldoende kasten en keukeninventaris. Ook de host Teresa verdient een groot compliment. Ze is zeer betrokken; ze stuurde zelfs nog een berichtje om ons fijne Kerstdagen te wensen! Ter plekke werden we goed door haar onthaald en kregen nog tips mee voor goede restaurants, etc.
De verhouding in het huis is wat ongelukkig. Zoals gezegd heeft het huis 3 slaapkamers, maar in de huiskamer staat alles erg vol. Met 6 personen kun je dus nooit verblijven, daar is het huis echt te klein voor. Had beter geweest om 1 slaapkamer minder te maken en de huiskamer groter te maken. Verder is het parkeren nogal een opgave. Je moet je auto 3 centimeter van het huis af zetten omdat er anders niemand meer door de smalle straat kan. Je kunt de auto ook om de hoek zetten, maar die straat loopt heeeel steil omhoog. Dan moet je wel een beetje handig zijn met een auto. Niet voor iedereen weg gelegd dus.
