Calheta - CASA IVA 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with private swimming pool, sun-terrace and sub-tropical gardens. Fantastic sea views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Only 200 meters over sea level. Sleeps max. 6 persons. Out-door dining table. Kitchen with dishwasher and washing-machine. Living-room with cable TV and WI-FI Internet. Dining-room with table for 6 persons. 1 bedroom en-suite. Up-stairs 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom en-suite. Cleaning and towels, new linen, hand-soap and toilet paper once every week. 5min drive to the famous Calheta golden sandy beach. 5min walk to the local bar and local mini-market. Country side house, this is not luxury, but a good rental value holiday house on Madeiras South coast !

Overall: we had a great time! The house is spacious and offered everything we needed. The only negative aspect was the fact that it wasn't really thoroughly cleaned. Surfaces in the bedrooms were very dusty, behind the bed were hair and dust, the dishes inside the cabinets weren't clean, stuff like that. So we just gave it a goob scrub ourselves and decided to not complain. Everything else is really great, especially the pool, our teenage kids loved it! Pool guy came twice in the 12 days we spent there

We really enjoyed our stay, peaceful area with beautiful views and watching the sunset over dinner, was amazing. Had everything we needed and we will definitely be retuning.

The location was perfect. The house is big and has everything you need for a vacation. The pool was fantastic. The house could be cleaner but nevertheless it was a great stay!

Excellent spacious house very comfortable, large windows to let in light and well equipped. There were 5 of us and it was ideal. Maybe supply extra pillows. Highly recommended. Would definitely book Casa Iva again.
