The location is great as there is a bus stop near and it's close to Debarmaalo where you can get some pastries from Silbo or some chicken from Petle for a favorable price. I was at the apartment just to sleep really, so I cannot share a comprehensive review as I don't have any, but still I'd recommend it. There is also a market nearby Reptil I think it was called, so yeah. The boss was also communicative so I had no problem finding or getting into the place. I also had a terrace and it was a pity I forgot my cigarettes.
There was a couple of stairs to get into the room or bathroom, but not a problem if you're young. The shared area wasn't perfect, as there were a lot of insects and not light enough as far as I can recall. Also some of the forks and knives weren't as clean but this speaks more for the guests rather than the host.
