Excellent place to stay while in Skopje

The guest house is located in close proximity to all the best cafés, restaurants, and bakeries in the city - and with reasonable prices, too. The neighborhood is quiet but lively, lots of people in the street in the evening, dining out or just walking. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach the main sights of Skopje. If it's too much walking for you, you can take basically any bus downtown, and the bus station is less than a minute away from the building. My room was spacious, clean, smelled nice, and the bed was comfortable. Everything looked exactly as it does in the pictures on the website. Clean towels were also given. Wi-Fi worked very well. The host is incredible. He's always there for you - trying to make sure your stay will be as pleasant as possible. Such an amazing person! I'm very grateful for his hospitality, answering lots of my questions, and giving clear instructions upon arrival. The whole process is stress-free which I always appreciate.

A trash can would be good in the room. Also, navigating the hot water situation is a bit tricky but it's explained in the message very well, so it's just me. Overall, it's the best option you'll find in the price range.

Comfortable stay with exellent service

I had a great stay at this guest house. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The location was perfect - a peaceful area with everything I needed close by, yet still very well connected to the rest of the city. It made getting around easy while still being able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing environment. The facilities were well thought-out, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. It felt like a place that’s cared for and thoughtfully managed. At the end of my stay, I also want to mention how helpful and friendly the owner was. He was always reachable, happy to assist, and even brought back a charger adapter I had forgotten. That extra bit of service really made the experience complete. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a comfortable and calm stay in a great location. You’ll get excellent value for your money and won't regret it.

Best value and guaranteed seamless stay in Skopje

The best value we can have in Skopje, we almost couldn't believe it. - Check in and check out are frictionless - Location is in a quiet area so no car speeding that can wake you up and not a lot of traffic - The building is big and spacious enough so everyone has privacy and it doesn't feel cramped at all - The bathroom has a bathtub ! - Good WiFi - The place has been recently renovated and still under touch-up, which is why there are less reviews since it had to be relisted - The host is very reactive through WhatsApp, both him and the staff are thoughtful and considerate Don't hesitate to book there. You will have an amazing stay! Thank you Sani and Marjan for making our trip so stress-free 🥰

The kitchen is outside which is amazing in warmer temperatures but we went in October and it was a bit chilly. When I tried to wash the dishes in the sink there was no hot water, but there was a dishwasher!

Peaceful place for a couple nights

I really enjoyed my stay. Peaceful location down a side street with a nice courtyard to enjoy coffee in the morning. Friendly staff & easy check in process. Recommend if you are staying in Skopje

Shocked in a good way at how great my stay was due to the short notice booking and affordability.

Great location, close to everything but nice and quiet. Free parking right in front of the property. Effortless check-in, the host and his team were there to help with everything I asked. Clean and neat, rooms are pretty well separated so I had privacy. Great TV and fast wi-fi. Coffee and tea was on the house, and there is a fully equipped kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals (I'm not into that myself)

This is a newly-listed property so the host was telling me about the improvements he is still working on. There was nothing I didn't like.

Situation géographique. Le calme du logement. La gentillesse et la réactivité du propriétaire Danko. La proximité des arrets de bus et des commerces. La facilité du check-in et check-out. La facilité pour se rendre à pied aux principales points d'intérets de Skopje.

La salle de bain un peu rustique, mais pour le prix tout était comforme. En règle général RIEN.

· El dueño me ayudó amablemente cuando necesité que me hiciera un favor. · Pude hacer check in por la noche muy tarde y no hubo problema. · El alojamiento es amplio, elegante y muy cuidado. · El precio es razonable. · La habitación dispone de todo lo necesario. · La ubicación está bien, a 20 minutos caminando del centro.

· La climatización de la habitación podría ser mejor. · Al ducharme, el agua caliente dejó de funcionar a los 10 minutos. · La habitación y el salón están muy cuidados, pero el baño no tanto. · Las únicas ventanas de la habitación dan directamente a la zona común.

Moderne und neue Unterkunft, sehr zentrale Lage in einer der besten Stadtteile Skopjes, sauber. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und lebendiges Restaurantangebot fussläufig. Extrem freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Könnte sehr gut sein.

Der Vermieter ist unglaublich nett und gerne würde ich 10 sterne geben weil er für die negativen Dinge nichts kann. Lage ist etwas weit ins Zentrum aber das war kein Problem. Max 30 min zu fuß. Zimmer riesig und sauber. Sehr toller Balkon.

Es könnte eine perfekte Unterkunft sein und der Vermieter kann auch nichts dafür aber die anderen Bewohner waren dermaßen laut bis tief in die nacht, das schlafen unmöglich war. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet und sah aus wie ein Schlachtfeld voller essensrester und dreck. Kochen unmöglich. Das ist schade weil es sonst echt toll wäre.
