In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental is available for long term only (30+ nights). It features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and overlooks the lagoon.
As you walk into the villa, you’ll be greeted by an abundance of natural light plus a bright and airy feel. The stylish kitchen has been thoughtfully renovated, and highlights white cabinetry, sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances and additional seating for three at the island. Just off the kitchen is a dining area for six.
Between the dining and living areas is a cozy sunroom with a loveseat overlooking the lagoon. Featured in the living area is a large television surrounded by custom built-in shelving. A sofa and two lounge chairs face the TV, offering an enjoyable gathering space and plenty of room for guests.
The primary bedroom features a queen size bed plus an attached bathroom that highlights a beautiful walk-in shower. A secondary bedroom , located near the front entry of the villa, has two twin beds, making it great for families with children. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo can be conveniently accessed from both the bedroom and hallway. The third bedroom offers a queen bed plus an attached full bathroom also with a shower/tub combo.
Please note: Complimentary starter supplies (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, kitchen kit including 2 paper towel rolls, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry pods, 1 miniature dish soap, 1 kitchen sponge and 4 trash bags) are provided at check in. Any additional amenities must be purchased by the guest for the remainder of their stay.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
