4906 Turtle Point is a luxury pet-friendly villa nestled in the quiet East Beach neighborhood of Kiawah Island, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious interiors with high-end furnishings, an expansive screened porch for alfresco dining, a private deck with tranquil island views, and close proximity to the beach just a short walk away!
This spacious second floor villa features an open floorplan with loads of natural light flooding in through the expansive windows and sliding glass doors. The living area features comfortable sofa and accent seating to accommodate the whole family, a custom fireplace with a mounted flatscreen TV for your entertainment, and easy access to the private outdoor deck for a true island-style vacation.
Just off the living area is the designated dining space with seating for six and an additional sitting area on the screened porch—perfect for morning coffee or gathering around for family dinners. The full kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, a full laundry area with a washer and dryer set, as well as convenient bar seating for three.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, a TV to watch your favorite shows, plenty of storage space, and an ensuite bathroom with a custom glass shower and double vanity.
The guest bedroom offers two Twin size beds, a TV for entertainment, and a full attached bathroom with a glass shower that connects to the main living area. Upon request, these two Twin beds can be bolstered together to make a King. Please contact our office for details!

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only, allowing ONE (1) small non-shedding dog with a max weight limit of 35lbs. There is an additional pet fee of of $250 per week with a $500 maximum for multiple weeks. Dog must be at least 1 year of age. No other pets allowed.
*Pet fee is added to the final balance after booking
Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars in the parking lot.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Overall we had a great experience. I would have expected extra toilet paper in the master and travel shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. One of the dining room chairs was broken. The door code was not set for us upon arriving. However, the 24/7 service got us access immediately. We did appreciate the number of towels in the unit.

The villa was very nice! It was a good distance from the beach and hard to transport beach gear. The microwave did not work but we discovered it was the outlet that did not work! We moved the microwave to another outlet and it worked great! The showers were great and we had plenty of hot water for cooking and bathing! Only thing missing in the kitchen was a pot holder and it was hard to remove pans from the oven!
